| 1.001 | Providing maintenance services under comprehensive annual maintenance contract (CAMC) for fire fighting system including fire alram & PA system, sprinkler system, portable fire extinguishers, Lift pressurization, Gas suppression system, Exit signage and emergency lighting, ventilation system in Mata Gujri Hospital Tilak Nagar under MCD West Zone. This includes preventive and routine maintenance, repair and servicing of all the equipments associated with the systems including cost of spares, consumables, paint work, welding work, parts of panel, repair or overhauling with replacement of all parts of all pumps, cable, fire alarm & PA system, sprinkler system, Lift pressurization, gas suppression system, exit signage and emergency lighting, ventilation system if replacement required whenever necessary and refilling of portable fire extinguishers. The cost of major equipment if becomes irreparable is not covered in the scope of work.
