M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified ceramic coloured tiles 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as for backing coat to receive wall tiles etc including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc.15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary construction joint filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) laid in floor sub base cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminium anodised snap grid frame (with minimum 15 micron uniform anodic coating) size of 600 X 600 mm consisting of Tee/ Angle section of size 40x40x2 mm thick as approved make confirming to IS-733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium cleats with necessary CP brass / stainless steel shunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall wooden frame at centre to centre and fixing frame to level adjusting anchors 6mm dia GI wire hook in Tee members at 1.5 m centre to centre fixed to steel truss of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in position 4 mm thick Non asbestos designer ceiling board of size 595 x 595 mm as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.
