Suitable packing with PVC strips or similar rust proof & termite proof material shall be provided to correct undulations in wall. The exposed and cut edges of panels shall be covered with PVC moulded beading in H/U and like shape on edges/joints of PVC panels with suitable adhesive and/or PVC angles of desired colour, shape and size as per directions of Engineer-in- harge. | 3 | Comprehensive cleaning of staff quarters/Bungalows on vacating, consisting of following operations -
(a) Removing all waste, rubbish, papers etc. left by old allotee and disposing off the same to suitable designated place in BSNL compound. (b) Cleaning ceramic and / or vitrified floor tiles, marble / granite counters and / or ceramic wall and/or floor tiles in Lavatory block, kitchen and rooms etc. by suitable detergent, acid etc. complete so as to remove all stains, salt deposits etc. complete. (c) Dismantling PVC seat cover from EWC, cleaning the WC with suitable detergent, acid etc. and thereafter refixing the seat cover. (d) Cleaning of Indian WC, wash basin, kitchen sink, sanitary fittings etc. with suitable detergent, acid etc. complete. (e) Cleaning of all window panes, floor skirting etc. including removing of old paint marks etc. (f) Cleaning inside and outside of all almirahs with damp cloth, cleaning of curtain rods etc. of all dust, cleaning of lofts etc. complete (g) Finally wet mopping the floor.
