Rate Contract for Repair and Maintenance of building under the jurisdiction of BSNL CSD at Eastern Court Kidwai Bhawan and Lodhi Road only BSNL Area New Delhi for the period of One Year w e f July 2026 to June 2027 FY 2026-27

Providing and fixing wall paneling made of PVC honeycombed panels of approved design, colour and shade. The PVC panels shall be approximately 8 mm thick having wall thickness not less than 0.8 mm. Each panel strip shall be 250 to 300 mm wide and locked to each other tongue and groove arrangement and shall be fixed with raw! plugs and stainless steel screws to the wall. Suitable packing with PVC strips or similar rust proof & termite proof material shall be provided to correct undulations in wall. The exposed and cut edges of panels shall be covered with PVC moulded beading in H/U and like shape on edges/joints of PVC panels with suitable adhesive and/or PVC angles of desired colour, shape and size as per directions of Engineer-in- harge. (Note: The rate shall be inclusive of all labour and material used in the work including PVC panels, edge beadings, edge angles etc. complete.)

Comprehensive cleaning of staff quarters/Bungalows on vacating, consisting of following operations - (a) Removing all waste, rubbish, papers etc. left by old allotee and disposing off the same to suitable designated place in BSNL compound. (b) Cleaning ceramic and / or vitrified floor tiles, marble / granite counters and / or ceramic wall and/or floor tiles in Lavatory block, kitchen and rooms etc. by suitable detergent, acid etc. complete so as to remove all stains, salt deposits etc. complete. (c) Dismantling PVC seat cover from EWC, cleaning the WC with suitable detergent, acid etc. and thereafter refixing the seat cover. (d) Cleaning of Indian WC, wash basin, kitchen sink, sanitary fittings etc. with suitable detergent, acid etc. complete. (e) Cleaning of all window panes, floor skirting etc. including removing of old paint marks etc. (f) Cleaning inside and outside of all almirahs with damp cloth, cleaning of curtain rods etc. of all dust, cleaning of lofts etc. complete (g) Finally wet mopping the floor. All above work to be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Modification of drainage lines for conversion of Indian type water closet to European type water closet as per following procedure: a) Dismantling of existing Indian type WC by removing filler material from depressed floor to extent required and removal of existing C.I. trap without damage to main CI outlet pipe. b) Providing and fixing new PVC pipes and PVC accessories of 100mm nominal dia. consisting of one 300mm long collar pipe, one bend, one tee, one 600mm long collar pipe and one nahani trap. c) Providing and fixing one stainless jalli of nominal size 100mm over the nahani trap. d) Refilling the depressed floor by cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. (All malba arising of the work shall be stacked in the open area adjoining. Entire work is to be done work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

Providing & fixing window covering Vertical blinds with Head rail of approved quality and manufacture (Vista make shade Q-1003 in required design shade) made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquity with zero light transmittance having suitable coating on exterior, including powder coated aluminium channels with brackets all complete of Vista make as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing window covering Roller blinds with Headrail of approved quality and manufacture (Vista make (Blackout) shade :any colour or equivalent) of translucent fabric of high quality veavered and finish having stabilizing bottom & top roller pipe of PVC made connecting with both rollers with single piece fibre connected by endless back chain with mechanism to control the rolling and unrolling the fabric including powder coated aluminium channels with brackets all complete of Vista make as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting with Royale shine luxury emulsion washable wall paint with stain resistant finish interior paint of required shade . (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.50 litre/ 10 sqm.)

Extra for providing and mixing required approved shade by computer mixing colour stainer in Royale shine luxury emulsion paint for required colour shade as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying coats of water proofing liquid of Dr. fixit, sika or equivalent on the terrace balconies and a like as per the manufacturer specification to check the leakages of slab, walls etc including cleaning of surface with wire brush and sand papering etc. all complete as per direction of in Engineer Of Incharge.

Providing and applying coats of Sun reflective paint SRI of 105 on top of roof / terrace/ balconies etc i/c cleaning the surface with wire brush etc. all complete as per direction of in Engineer of In Charge.
