Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm but n.exc 2.0 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply, The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutters wood is to be incorporated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed cement screed base laid and jointed with grey camant slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for tread of staircase after roughing surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for risers of staircase incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix rotational moulded polyethiene water storage tanks (three layer) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm ball Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball including necessary GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer etc complete including dismantling existing water tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
