Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair orreplacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mendinggood all damaes complete. (Concrete and brick work for mending damage will bepaid separately) (a) Upto area 2.5 Sq.m

Taking out shutter of door and window, dismantling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts) , reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fittings but with new screws as necessary. (Where different parts of same shutter are renewed under different item, payment under item 73 will be made once only).

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals). (d) Sal : Local.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete(1:2:4) as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately) (c) 40mm X 6mm, 125mm Length

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. (iii) 35mm thick shutters with 19mm thick panel. (b) Sishu, Gamar, Champ, Badam, Bhola, Mogra, Hallak.

Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete. (In all floors for internal wall & upto 6 m height for external wall) (i) 3 mm thick (weighing 7.4 kg/Sq.m)

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark.

(iii) 75mm. X 40mm. X 1.12mm.

(vi) 100mm. X 50mm. X 1.25mm.

Anodised aluminium barrel / tower / socket bolt (full covered) of approved manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. 204/74 fitted and fixed with cadmium plated screws: (iv) 150mm long x 10mm dia. bolt.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc.

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. All floors : (b) Two coats (to be done on specific instruction).

Labour for dismantling G.I. pipe with fittings. (i) 15 mm

Supply of G. I. pipes of TATA make including necessary sockets (a) 15 mm dia. (i) Light quality

(A) Labour for fitting and fixing G.I. pipes above ground (exposed) in structures with holder bat clamps including cost of jointing materials, holder bat clamps etc.,as necessary, including cutting pipe, making threads etc. complete in all respect with two coats of painting with approved paint any height. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. Payment of painting will be paid seperately) (i) 15 mm dia.

Removing chokage in G.I. pipe including cleaning pipe. (i) 15 mm

Refixing G.I. pipe with fittings after cleaning where necessary. (i) 15 mm

Renewing C.I. clamp for pipe including cutting hole in wall etc. and mending good all damages with cement concrete (4:2:1: with jhama chips and cement plaster (6:1) to match with and curing.

Dismantling sink with brackets with or without waste fittings. (ii) Above 450 mm and upto 600 mm length

Supplying, fitting and fixing stainless steel sink complete with waste fittings and two coats of painting of C.I. brackets. (a) Sink only (i) 530 mm X 430 mm x 180 mm

Dismantling wash basin with brackets with or without waste fittings

Supplying, fitting and fixing white vitreous china best quality approved make wash basin with C.I. brackets on 75 mm X 75 mm wooden blocks, C.P. waste fittings of 32 mm dia., one approved quality brass C.P. pillar cock of 15 mm dia., C.P. chain with rubber plug of 30 mm dia., approved quality P.V.C. waste pipe with C.P. nut 32 mm dia., 900 mm long approved quality P.V.C. connection pipe with heavy brass C.P. nut including mending good all damages and painting the brackets with two coats of approved paint. Supplying, fitting and fixing 10 litre P.V.C. low-down cistern conforming to I.S. specification with P.V.C. fittings complete,C.I. brackets including two coats of painting to bracket etc.

Supplying, fitting and fixing low-down cistern parts. (i) Internal fittings for cistern complete of approved make.

Supplying, fitting and fixing alloy iron with brass spindle bib cock/stop cock of approved brand and make, spray painted and tested to 21 kg per sq. cm. (i) 15 mm
