Carrying out servicing/maint of 30/40/50 KVA DG set, Make : 'Greaves/Kirloskar' including 'B' check as per manufacturers mannual through authorised dealer of DG set manufacturer of existing DG Make and testing of DG set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- All material/spares parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid separetely as 'Supply only' items as mentioned below and shall be of make-Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins as per make of DG set and labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No.1 above.

M & L for Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 75/62.5/50 KVA DG set (Greaves/Kirloskar/ Cummins) after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including replacement MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including too coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as directed by Enginer-in-Charge. (Note- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule)

All as per item No. 19 here in before but for 30 to 40 KVA DG Set of Greaves /Cummins / Kirloskar.

Supply and fixing in replacement of new Self starter, auto lock, 24V of existing make, on the 200/250 KVA DG set and taking out unserviceable self starter from DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of new Self starter, auto lock,12V of existing make, on the 100/125 KVA DG set and taking out unserviceable self starter from DG set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.22 here in before for 30 to 50 KVA DG Set.

Taking down unserviceable Self starter from the DG Set 30 to 50 KVA including dismantling the Self starter and taking out burnt winding armature & field coil and cleaning the slot including re winding of armature, field coil with enameled copper conductor of existing gauge including insulating material and heat varnish. Replacing worn out armature auto lock-01PC,Carbon brushes set, Pinion set, copper bush Set, Guard piece rubber, carbon rocker, Solinoid coil and reassembling the Self starter and mounting on its original position by replacing worn out nut bolts washers including painting of self starter all as directed by the Engr in Charge.

M & L for Repair/Servicing of water pump and replacement of water kit and water seal of 30 to 125 KVA DG Set complete all as directed.

M & L for Repair/Servicing of water pump and replacement of water kit and water seal of 200 to 250 KVA DG Set complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down alternator assembly from existing engine and transporting to workshop and carry out servicing / maintenance of alternator unit of capacity 30 to 250 KVA DG set as per the phase work :- (a) Opening of Alternator and cleaning / remvoing dust from armature and field coil. (b) Cleaning of used / old lubricated substances drive/non drive end bearings. (c) Cleaning end cheeking of AVR unit (d) Cheking and tighting of coupling bolts and replacement of rubber inserts. (e) M&L for carrying out heat varnishing for field and armature coil and kept in heating chamber for 48 hours for drying properly. (f) Replacement of Bearings as per existing size. (g) Reassembling complete unit and carrying out testing at workshop and transportation to installation and coupling with DG Set including necessary alignment, cable connections all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge

M & L for Rewinding of armature with super enamelled copper of required size wire including varnishing, sleeves, cotton tape and heating etc. for DG Set of capacity 30 KVA to 50 KVA, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : cost of winding wire shall be included in quoted rate.

All as per srl item No 28 here-in-before but for 100 KVA to 125 KVA DG set.

M& L for Dismantling, rewinding of field coils of alternator with super enamelled wire including varnishing and heating including reassembling and testing for capacity of DG Set 30 KVA to 50 KVA, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Cost winding wire shall be included in quoted rates.

M&L for dismantling, opening of diesel engine cylinder head, removal of unservieable worn out spare parts, cleaning of all components, reboring of cylinder on lathe machine, after reboring honning process will be carrred out,replacement of all spare parts and gaskets as per manufacturer spare part kit, re-assembling of complete engine setting, timing setting for the capacity of 100 to 200 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure type change over switch on load front handle ( 4 pole) I-0-II, 4 15 volts 50 Hz 100 Amps including mounting arrangement with SS enlosure of appropriate section and size on walls or panels complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Making connections to the electric system, including cutting of cable of any size and type, making end termination by using suitable lugs is included in the rate quoted under this item.

Disconnecting, taking out carefully old unserviceable AVR unit, supply and fixing, connecting and testing new AVR unit suitable for DG set 100/125 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out carefully old unserviceable AVR unit, supply and fixing, connecting and testing new AVR unit suitable for DG set 200/250 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & pouring lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 15 W- 40 grade) all as specified & directed.

Supply and filling of in hibitor corrosion (Fleet-Guard make Coolant) suitable for radiators of 30 KVA to 250 KVA capacity DG set complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out the exhaust system of DG set of any capacity and carrying out cleaning of chocked, carbonized exhaust pipe including exhaust .silencer with de-scaling solution, including soldering / gas welding of leakage of pipe. Cutting the rusted portion of pipes including gas welding of pipes assembling the complete exhaust assembly including replacement of gasket, metallic flexible pipe, nut bolts, and testing for making it leak proof and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed

S&F Exhaust gas muffler for 30 KVA to 250 KVA for silent type catalytic converter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of exhaust MS pipe by welding with existing silencer system with necessary hinges & clamp system including wall cutting & minor plaster work all as reqd at site.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable fan belt , dynamo belt C-49 of the DG Set and supply and fixing fan belt /dynamo belt existing make, type and size suitable for DG set upto 250 KVA DG set complete all as spicified and directed.

All as per item No 57 herein before but B-33 belt of DG Set.

Taking out carefully unserviceable fuel injector pump assembly of 30 to 200 KVA DG set, cleaning/ oiling/servicing fuel injector pump assembly, recalibration of Fuel Injector Pump after replacing unserviceable nozzles, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the Fuel Injector Pump assembly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Repairs/servicing / reassembling and testing of Fuel injector pump shall be carried out through a authorised service center on fully automatic testing machine. (ii) The quoted rates against the item shall deemeed to included for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts, such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts,’O’ rings, nozzle, plunger, barrel, governor plunger, pressure regulator, weight carrier assembly, spring pack assembly, gear pump repair kit etc.New spare parts will be measured & paid seperately as supply only (iii) The quoted rates shall deemed to be included cost of transportation to and from authorized service centre.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance of Servo Voltage Stabilizer/ Servo Voltage Regulator, 50-100 KVA, comprising of following jobs complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Free maintenance and repair of Normal accessories (Spare Parts), Servo Voltage Stabilizer/ Servo Voltage Regulator. (b) Dismantling and removing of defective voltage stabilizer, removing to workshop for repair, opening up and taking out coil, core and core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts cleaning/washing of tanks and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts making connection and assembling complete in all respects after repair of coils IC's, Regulators, Condensors, Triac, Transistors etc. respective cards nuts and bolts, refilling of transformer oil, installation and testing on full load. (c) Preventive maintenance of all systems on quarterly basis and upkeep of Report. (d) Attending all complaints within 24 working hours. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective spares for making the Voltage Stabilizer units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply only'. These shall be identical to those specified by the original manufacturer. (ii) Labour charges for taking out old spares & refixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.} (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor sundries items etc as required. (iv) The job shall also includes shifting through crane with necessary accessories, transportation from site to work shop and vice- versa.

Supply and laying GI pipe "light grade " for cable protection including taking out old/broken/rusty GI pipe with MS clamps all as specified of sizes 40mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
