Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flyash brick work with straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks ,straight or curved in any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plasteres surfaces of wall and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over newly plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of any description n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutter from the frame) of any description exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each

Taking down door shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm and refixing in the same opening after laying floor tiles and making necessary alterations to the size of shutters to suit with the door opening to the required height complete all as specified and directed.
