REPAIR/ MAINT OF DG SET WITH ALLIED WORKS AT DRONACHAL BHOPAL

Repair , maint of Diesel Driven Gen set by replacing unsv item such as gaskets , nuts, bolts, washers, springs, filters, etc all as required, for servicing of DG set including replacement of connected fast moving items complete as specified and directed for the following DG Set at certain places of any make/ model.Note:- All replacement items to be paid seperately in respective items. Capacity of DG Set as following.

Up to 10 KVA

Repair/maint of existing control panel of DG set by replacing the connected items such as connectors, leads, copper wire thimble, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, digital frequency meter etc along with any other items required to be replaced as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:Ammeter, Voltmeter and Frequency meter shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fix digital multifunction meters where as required which shows 3 phase voltage, current PF, KW, KWh,KVA, KVAR,complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix digital Ammeter, voltmeter, frequency meter as required on site complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M and L for cleaning of fuel tank of DG set of any make and capacity including replacement of fuel level indicating tube and marking complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Replacement of flame proof asbestos rope of specified dia wrapped around the exhaust pipe complete all as a specified and directed

Taking out unsv alternator from 10 KVA to 160 KVA DG set and removing startor and rotor, removing old burnt out winding wire and rewinding the stator of suitable size with super enamelled copper wire and insulating materials complete including re-assembling the complete alternator, fixing in position and testing on load complete including replacement of bearing of suitable size -01 set complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in replacement battery charger SMPS compatible with existing arrangement 12 V 10 ampere complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Supply & Fix in replacement battery charger SMPS compatible with existing arrangement 24 V 10 ampere complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Replacement of fan blade for 10 KVA to 600 KVA DG set as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Repair/overhauling of self starter assembly of any type/make/model including of bearing, busing, washer, bendix pinion, carbon bush, field coil, clutch assembly, armature etc complete as required for proper functioning complete for the following DG sets all as a specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

10 KVA to 160 KVA

Dismantling radiator from DG set engine from inside and outside, cleaning and pursing the radiators and by fins by compressed air with chemical water, removing all dust etc from the radiator and feeling coolant, Re-assemble the same in original position with new gaskets and clamp complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge for the following capacity DG sets. Note: Parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

10 KVA to 160 KVA

Repair/overhauling of automatic/manual, governor assembly of any capacity/make /type/model complete, including calibration replacement of spare parts as required to make the governor 100% trouble free.

Repair/overhauling servicing of dynamo assembly of any make/type, rewinding of armature and field coil including replacement of bearing, busing, carbon bush etc all as required to make dynamo 100% serviceable.

Supply & Fix in repair indicator lamp LED type as per existing/required at site complete all as specified and directed by engineering charge

Supply & Fix batteries for DG sets factory charged model-pulse ultra Plus with SMPS charger build in seald maintenance free generator starting system equivalent to 01X 12 V 180 AH red, green, and yellow for charging indicator process built in battery body complete all specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge and visit at site before precurement.

Taking out of defective Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) of DG set (alternator side) of any make/capacity and supply and fix new Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR) including necessary connection, testing and cable work etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge for the following

Services for AMC and comrehensive maint 'B' check of 600 KVA DG set for one year by Authorised Service Representative which shall give 04 nos. preventive maintenance visits on DG Set, visits for servicing of engine including replacement of Batteries, Mechanical fuel gauge etc and visits will be also made for breakdown calls, all as directed by EIC

Services for AMC and comrehensive maint 'B' check of 75 KVA DG set for one year by Authorised Service Representative which shall give 04 nos. preventive maintenance visits on DG Set, visits for servicing of engine including replacement of Removal and fitment of Radiator for cleaning/repairs(if required), Lube oil (10 L),Air Filter, Radiator Pre-mix kool 2 Ltr ting oil, seperator, fuel water, all as directed by EIC

Periodical maintenance of DG set of 40 KVA by authorised representative of manufacturer (OEM) by "B" check of Engines complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Periodical maintenance of DG set of 160 KVA by authorised representative of manufacturer (OEM) by "B" check of Engines, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Periodical maintenance of DG set of 160 KVA by authorised representative of manufacturer (OEM) by "B" check of Engines, incl radiwash 2ltr for radiator cleaninig complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

Periodical maintenance of DG set of 100 KVA by authorised representative of manufacturer (OEM) by "B" check of Engines complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

Periodical maintenance of DG set of 82.5 KVA by authorised representative of manufacturer (OEM) by "B" check of Engines complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge
