SITC of 35000 CFM AHU unit (minimum 85 TR) against dismantling and buyback of 2 old AHU units along with electrical panel having 15000CFM capacity.

SITC of 15500 CFM AHU unit (minimum 36 TR) against dismantling and buyback of 1 old AHU unit along with electrical panel having 15000 CFM capacity.

SITC of 9,200 CFM AHU unit (minimum 22 TR) against dismantling and buyback of 1 old AHU unit along with electrical panel having 8000CFM capacity.

SITC 13,000 CFM AHU unit (minimum 32 TR) against dismantling and buyback of 1 old AHU unit along with electrical panel having 11000CFM capacity.

Supply and installation of motorised fire cum smoke control damper complete with fire & smoke sensors, actuator, control panel and other accessories as per item no. 2 of technical specification.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of GI ducts fabricated as per Item No. 3 of technical specification. The ducting shall be complete with bends, elbows, turning vanes (if required), reducers/transition pieces, MS flanged joints, 6 mm thick neoprene gasket, SS hardware, silicon sealant etc. as per site requirment to interconnect the machine (AHU etc) with existing duct system of Lab.

Controller: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of standalone BACnet/IP based modular type, BMS compatible DDC controller / automation station having integral web browser, I/O module, flash memory for programmed logic storage communication ports (RS 485, Ethernet RJ 45, and USB/additional ethernet), etc. For Air Handling Unit (AHU) control, monitoring, status indication, data logging etc as per tender technical specification.

Temerature sensor and transmitter: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of high accuracy (±0.03 deg.C @ 0 deg.C or better for the span of 0-35 deg.
