Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface completed all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layersn exc. 15 cm thick, wateredand rolled and rammed to a true surface completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Nominal mix) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- using dimapur sand)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters,buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey pigment cement & pigment 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directected.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in coping incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 17.00 here-in-above but except stone (NOTE: Seviceable stone obtained from demolition under Sl item No 12.00 here-in-above shall be reused under the item)

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channel, bed of drains incl form work / moulds complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Using Dimapur sand.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm granite or trap stone. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, molds mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Using Dimapur sand.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for preparation for new or previously untreated plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete coloured interlocking vibro compacted rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sucnk) forming holes with any attachement Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc .Fe 410-gde -E250 quality-A complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm with or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC SWR pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall or laid in trenches or in floors weight of pipe not less than 0.70 Kg/Rm with steel clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilivers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per items No 38.00 here-in-above but 5mm and over upto & incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finised surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface including necessary scaffolding and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primerapplied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as per manufacturers instructions complete all specified as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/ view cutter made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directected .

S&F 12mm thick frosted toughened glass including etching with the logo/formation sigh etching of required size and fixed with stainless steel frame work with all necessary fittings and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
