(e) Provision of polyester reinforced coated net of 45 g/m2, 2.5mm & 2.5mmx2.5mm immediately on above coating.(f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs upto 300mm above wall surface. (g) Laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirment. (h) Joining the saintary pipes with the water proofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm. (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and saintary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout complete as specified by Manufacturer.(k) The treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of Water Proofing Manufacture. Make:- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP Limited. Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out by approved authorised applicator as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment and provn of PCC in filling. (iii) WPC will be measured separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roof any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster on roof in cement mortar 1:3 with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as specified below as directed :- (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet, surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, dmanged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Apllying one coat of prime seal / Epoxy Primer/ Shaili Urethane BTD white diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (0.20 Kg BTD + 0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net / 50gsm Geotextile mesh upto 300mm on walls. (e) Applying three coat of Hydro Shield PUD micro fibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68%) / Damp proof ultra UV stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%) / Smart care PU magnum elastomeric water proofing coating based on hydrophobic plyuethane (Solid content 85%) / Single component elastomeric Liquid Membrane Shali Urethane BTD white/ coloured (Elongation 400% + 50, Solid contents > 80% & Specific gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 + 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush / roller upto 300mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer. Make : Dr Fixit/ Asian/ STP Limited Note (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturer's instructions, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with WPC (Conforming to IS : 2645-2003) in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete ) Manhole cover (without frame) medium duty 900mmx450mm x70mm thickness including 2mm thick flat iron frame all round complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, fixing in repair and testing in repair LED street light fitting of 25 Watt fitted on 4 to 9 meter high octagonal pole 9 & 11 meter PCC/Swan neck pole including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion, resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP-65 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V, AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, PF should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distoration THD (I) less than 15%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second, Fittings should be provided upto 10 KV surge protection. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following cases : - (i) Manufacturing defects, (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact, (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1m) of the LED/ luminairies. (c) All LED light luminaire must meet the provision laid down in IS-16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II/ Section 13 (d) scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on poles which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete.
