M&L for taking down old tarfelt and making the area clean with wire brush and washing the surface and preparing the surface for water proof treatment.
Removing of building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3-Earthwork) to a distance of 900 m to 1000 m, beyond the lead included in rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination upto 1.0km.
M&L for spreading of neat cement slurry @3.0Kg per Sqm over the rough surface before screed bedding mixing water proofing compound complete as per direction of EIC/WIC.
M&L for 20.0 mm thick screed bed or plaster with 1:4 cement mortar on roof surface to make slope as well as smooth surface for receiving APP Memberane.
Supply of Liquid water proofing compound @200ml per bag of cement. Make: Pidilite, Asian,Mendo Semi Liquid (White Colour)
Supply of bitumen primer for use in waterproofing and damp-proofing treatments make: Salitax primer STP, Dr.Fixit-Bitufix, IWL Chennai & Berger Bitumin Primer make of primer as recommended by APP membrane manufacturer and approved by EIC.
Labour charges only for applying of Bitumin primer @0.4 Lit/Sqm by using their own applying equipment.
M&L for laying of a layer of 3.00mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3kg/sqm and five layered reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) of any one make, IWL Chennai Ltd., STP Ltd., Asian or Pidilite Ltd, properly sealed with torch application to newly primed surface all as specified in MES SSR part I & II and as directed by EIC.
M&L for making bitumastic gola all around the perimeter of parapet wall to make leak proof with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces.
