Demolition of concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes etc. n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (Nominal mix) M-20 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, plinth beams, base of column, footing and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal of excavated material / debris to the distance exceeding 50 m and n.exc 1.5 km outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection and finished even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as approved drawing as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of tensile fabric (fabric of passing min. Criteria that is total weight 1200 GSM, Fabric, tensile strength) over the frame. The Fabric will be welded to shape and pattern. The joint shall have weld width of 40 mm. The fabric shall be installed in tension using a tensioning device and shall not sag at any point. Anti browning system membrane with unique finish to counteract the browning effect should be used alongwith anti-wick finish. The surface should be sealed and automatic welded with 1200 DPI index. The fabric will be fixed on the frame with fixing accessories like aluminium plates and SS fitting with self drilling screws complete all as specified and directed. Make of Fabric : Ferari / Sataller / Sion or equivalent. Note :- (i) Warranty certificate should be provided on completion of work for tensile fabric sheet. (ii) Tensile fabric shall be fixed by authorised representative of manufacturer only.

Material and labour for steel bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and inculding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain plates, channels, square cut or notched ordinary and couter sunk forming holes and with reverted bolted or welded attachement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bolts purpose made dia of neck exc 12 mm and n exc 20 mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and directed.
