M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick of size not less than 0.34 Sqm of each slab over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 15mm thick in riser of bricks steps & riser of staircase , skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with & including rendering /backing coat in 10mm thick CM (1:3) to receive Kota Stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles, 18-20 mm thick machine cut laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including cutting and polishing with and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:3 and including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm PCC (1:2:4) using 12.50 mm graded aggregate laying under bottom of the sunken floor finished even and smooth dcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:7:12 with brick course aggregate as in filling in sunk floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L treatment for sunken portion with and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml per bag of cement when concrete surface is green.
