Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinthlevel :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestrssed concrete pipe for culverts including jointing ends and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 complete as per clause 1000 & 2900 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour form work, machinery. 600 mm internal diameter

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 75mm thick
