Earth work in excavation of foundation & trench in all kinds of soil including moorum stony earth and mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated material away from the work site with all leads and lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering(if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries,T &P etc,required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming, poking, compacting dressing and levelling to proper gradient including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc required for the works , complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of (1:4:8) with 40mm and downgraded crusher broken hard black granite metal in foundation from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers/position to the required level, ramming ,shoring, centring and shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete , watering and curing including cost and conveyance , royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, T & P etc required for the work complete in all respect including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Foundation

Fly ash brick masonry work using (250mm x 120mm x 80mm) with tolerance of +/- 2% size K.B. bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 mix (1 cement : 6 sands) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering, curing etc., complete including cost , conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess and all T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of 1:1.5:3 grade having a minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 kg/Cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 IS516 using 12 mm downgraded crusher broken black hard granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering,curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads wherever necessary in all heights complete including cost , conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess and all T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect but excluding centring ,shuttering and reinforcement as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
