Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP-Portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund and Contractors should Follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should furnish qualification information as per section 3 of Standard Tender Document attached to this tender.

All Scanned Documents of the Original should be up-loaded, Executive Engineer/ Superintending Engineer/ Chief Engineer reserves the right verify the Original Documents before approval.

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner.

The bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

Bidders should have the work done of Traffic Census by HD CC Camera with day & nlight vision of good resolution with data storage system method issued by competent authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer from past five years

Contractor should ensure continuous and correct functioning of traffic census during February/March 2026 for a period of 2 days 24X7 uninterruptedly.

The agency has to submit duly filled form I, II, III, IV based on the data collected from the traffic census in a prescribed form within the stipulated time required for department.

The agency has to upload all the details in PMS due after the completion of Traffic Census within the stipulated time as required from the department.

The agency has to submit Traffic Census survey details in compact Disc (CD) due after the completion of traffic census within the stipulated time.

The Tenderer should have HD CC camera with day & night vision of good resolution with data storage system method Post & Live Recording system

The Tenderer should have Agency Registration certificate Regarding CC Camera with day & night vision of good resolution with data storage system method Post & Live Recording system

The tenderer should be a KPWD Class-4 and above registered Contractor/Agency (Ultras HD CC Cameras with day and night vision of good resolution with data storage system along with UPS at Traffic Census count post in Two Directions and suitably with all necessary arrangements)

EMD for Rs.7,650/- shall be paid through e-procurement under only one of 4 option cited in the Tender document.

The period of completion of the work is 01(One) Month

The Employer reserves the rights to accept any Tender and to reject any or all Tenders as per Standard Tender Document Clause 22.

GST Shall be paid to the tendered amount Separately

As per Government order FD 417 EXP-12 2024 dated 09/08/2024, 18% GST will be added to the Contract amount seperately. And Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of Contract for which the Contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Estimate rates are excluding GST as per Common SR 2023-24(Continued to 2025-26) and prevailing GST (18% of Amount Put to Tender) amount is kept in form of Lump sum in sanctioned estimate accroding to guidelines in Common SR (GO:PWD 51 RDF 2019 Bangaluru Dt:18.03.2022). Therefore amount put to Tender and ECV amount are excluding GST. KPPP-PORTAL format has No Options to add GST Seperately at stage of Draft Tender Schedule Process for Over ALL amount put to tender, tender has been inviting through an Option with INCLUSIVE. but the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence, GST will be paid seperately for the quoted amount accrodingly. Declaration Certificate must be attached mandatorily.
