KHD 04-13 Protection and Restoration of Rajua Right embankment from RD 985m to 1093m

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads, lifts and dellifts with cost of all labour, T & P, labour welfarecess etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated soil clear of work site with all leads, lifts, delifts and dewatering including removing bushes,stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in sand grouted in foundation and plinth with cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost of all labour, curing,T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of required equipments and labour welfare cess etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete M15 grade in approved surface using crushed granite coarse aggregates of size 40 mm and down graded and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position,compacting with vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials,DMF, EMF, additional charges & cess including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost incidental to the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC/Cement concrete M25 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite crusher broken chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position,compacting with vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials,DMF, EMF, additional charges , cess including dewatering, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills using uncoated HYSD bars of designed diametres and placing in position for fabrication and fixing the reinforcement grills including laps, ties, providing chairs and welding whenever necessary with all labour, T & P including cost,Royality,DMF, EMF, additional charges conveyance of steel and binding wires with all leads, lifts and delifts and labour welfare cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F1 finish of upstream faces of dam, spillway, galcis of barrages, unexposed surface of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms, and making good to the surface where necessary complete with all labour, materials and T & P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Weep Holes in concrete works in abutments/wing walls/ return wall etc. with 100 mm Dia AC pipes extending through full width of structure in slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face using cement mortar (1:3) with cost of all materials, T & P,curing, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges cess all complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement to be taken on finished section only)

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to proper profile using hard granite stones boulder of good quality having 15cm to 30cm size quarried and transported from approved quarry, free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones and jallies etc with cost of quarrying, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P, taxes required for the work with all leads, lifts and delifts, labour welfare cessetc complete in all respects as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirement laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the wall and provided over entire surface behind aboutment wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
