Construction of Toe wall around RMU/Transformer Plinth of size 0.75 x 0.25 mtr. at base and 0.25 mtr. at top as per RESSPO norms by first class bricks in the ratio 1:6, base concreting of the wall to be done in ratio 1:6:12 and plaster 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4 (All materials shall be provided by contractor).

Fabrication and erection of RMU/Transformer fencing with tennis wiremesh 10 SWG (37mmx50mm), 2.5 mtr height as per drawing along with Fabrication of one number gate made of MS angle, MS channel, MS Flat together with locking arrangement and its installation (All materials shall be provided by contractor).

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm D/C by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand up to top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable. The ferruling of cable is also included in this work (All material shall be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

11 KV Single Cable laying in existing trench (All materials shall be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. for making straight through joint 11 KV work involved filling of soil levelling and ramming of the same.

Making Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable by Heat and shrinkables jointing kits. (Jointing kit will be provided by deptt. )

Supply & fabrication of Mobile Trolley T/F suitable for upto 630 KVA Transformer including provision of fuse set at 11 kv complete work site as per norms/approved drawing .

Construction of masonary type transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m with brick, cement. Coarse sand, sand & brick ballast, filling of sand in the hallow space, plastering outer surface in ration 1:4:6 top of the plinth 4" thickness grouting of 02 Nos. MS channel of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of plinth for placement of transformer (All material will be arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Installation of 11/0.4 kv, 630 kva T/F on Trolley/Plinth its erection, testing & commisning with 11 kv LT network, its connection with earthing strip and other associated work. All HT & LT connection are included in this job.

Installation of 11/0.4 kv 990 KVA Package type Transformer on constructed plinth and its erection testing and commissning with 11 KV and LT network its connection with earthing strip and other associated work. All HT and LT connections are included in this job.

Dismentalling of existing 11/0.4 kv, 990 KVA Package type Transformer from its plinth by opening of its HT & LT connections earthing in safe manner and stacking at safe place after Global Invester Summit end.

Dismentalling of existing 11/0.4 kv, 630 kva trolley type transformer by opening of its HT & LT connections, earthing in safe menner and stacking at safe place after Global Invester Summit end.

Laying of S/C LT PVC cable 3.5x400 sqmm by digging of trench 750 mm deep 500 mm wide boxing with bricks & sand, filling of trench with proper leveling and ramming. (all material will be arranged by contrctor except LT cable).

Laying of D/C LT PVC cable 3.5x400 sqmm by digging of trench 750 mm deep 500 mm wide boxing with bricks & sand, filling of trench with proper leveling and ramming. (all material will be arranged by contrctor except LT cable).

Laying of Single Circuit LT PVC 3.5x400 sq mm, through HDPE pipe 6" dia by digging of trench in normal soil. Trench of size 300 mm deep & 300 mm wide in normal soil is to be constructed. Levelling & ramming after laying of cable are also included. (All material will be arranged by contrctor except LT cable).

Complete termination of LT cables with fixing and crimping of lug size 400 sqmm and its connection with trolley transformer/LT mini piller box (all material will be arranged by contrctor except LT cable).

Complete termination of LT cables with fixing and crimping of lug size 250 sqmm and its connection with trolley transformer/LT mini piller box (all material will be arranged by contrctor except LT cable).

Proper Hoisting & clamping of LT cable 3.5x400 sqmm including flexible pipe as per site requirement, complete in all respect at trolley transformer/ LT mini piller box/ load point (all material will be provided by contrctor except LT cable).
