NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 TO 3.03:- (i) Quoted unit rate is comprehensive in nature and deemed to include to attend the break down any number of times as and when required by user including replacement of any type nature spare parts including rewinding of any type of motor (ii) The unit rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the cost of grease, cotton waste, lugs, small piece of wires/cables, nut, bolt and washers and T&P etc complete. (iii) Contractor must employ minimum one crane mechanic having electrical knowledge and minimum five years experience & one helper daily and the cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor (iv) These items shall be measured only when carrying out the maintenance along with documents to be submitted duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge. Log sheet, Daily Maint, Weekly maint and monthly maint records must be maintained as directed by GE

Material and labour for carrying out load test on the following cranes capacity with 110% of full load capacity of crane on hoisting long travel and cross travel for checking the performance including loading and unloading and returning the test loads obtained from the concerned unit/firm and submission of test certificate to the department.

Note for Item Nos 4 to 4.09: The Unit Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of the cost for arranging the load & load testing of each crane as recommended by manufacturer at 110 % of its capacity from authorised/ recognised by State/ Central Govt agencies and testing to be carried out once during the current year contract.
