Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing, any type complete all as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing mesh, any type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type including line wires complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be assessed through board of officers.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S & F Mild steel work for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 05cm and n exc 10cm long, diameter of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix for mild steel framed work such as in grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening,conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver block, of triangular/ zigzag/ haxagonal in shape and size as approved, 60mm thick, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments in floor/ path/ pavement laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning laid dry to the profile including dismantling existing blocks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Manufacturers test certificate shall be submitted alongwith sample.

Material and labour for coloured glossy chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick in floor, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, sub base of floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in kerb stones of size 400mm x 100mm x 300mm, finished fair, jointed and set in CM 1:6, rounded or chamfered on edges etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete/ kerb stone surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete/ kerb stone surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made 50 mm thick, 600mmX450mm manhole cover with additional frame for fixing, of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished the surface even and fare including reinforcement as per manufacturer's design and set in CM 1:4 and handles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made 50 mm thick, 600mmX600mm manhole cover with additional frame for fixing, of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished the surface even and fare including reinforcement as per manufacturer's design and set in CM 1:4 and handles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cover slab of septic tank, manhole covers complete all as directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC (nominal mix ) (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in manhole covers including form work/ moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 30mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) (measured solid) as in louvers and jallies, including all mouldings, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, hold fast blocks, bed blocks/ bed plates etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surface and appying two coats of 100% acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer to roof, mangalore tiles, parapet, wall, floor, decorative arches, decorative stone faces walls of different shade on heritage buildings etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The height in old vintage/ heritage buildings is upto 15 Mtr.

Supply and fix for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws with side lap including dismantling existing unserviceable asbestos cement sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 1mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2.00 mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured, ceramic tiles of size 400mm x 400mm x 8 to10 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles and shade/ pattern as approved by GE over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Johnsun Endura or equivalent of Kajaria/ Somani as approved by GE.

Material and labour for coloured, glazed ceramic tiles, of size 600mm x 300mm x 8 to 10mm thick as in vertical surface, shade/ pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m) hot dipped galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with help of dove tail clip (18SWG) with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necssary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre, fixed to angle iron including dismantling existing coil complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. MS angle iron shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Weight of cocertina coil fencing shall be assessed through board of officers.

Material and labour for flush pointing to concrete block masonary walls in cement mortar 1:3 including raking out joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified ans as directed.

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
