Part A Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the requirede density grading-III as per technical specification clause 405

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumin using bitumin pressure distributor @ 0.35 to 0.45 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumins surface cleaned with Hydrulic broom as per Technical Specifictin Clause 503

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumin to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base incuding mixing in a suitable plant , lying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capecity fifnished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Technical specification Claues508 by mechanical means.

Providing and laying seal coat bu manual means with VG-10 grade Bitumin sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type_C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 by mechanical means.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in black cotton soil in Bundelkhand Area, excation to be it he from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter(20") in deoth earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm(8") layers including 1.5 meter (5ft) lifts and 30m (100ft) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30m (100ft) distance as directed by th Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Typical informatory sign board as per MORD specification and drawing . Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5m size on back on edges. The lower plates will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of eppoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Brick Edging on both side of the road with M-150 class brick on edge 3" wide and 4-1/2" deep laid with mud mortar, finished to the required temples in proper aligment & also dressing ramming the excavated earth and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S.I. 765

Excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil( loam, clay or sand ) I/C ligt up tol. 50m lead up to 30m & I/C filling, watering & ramming of excavation earth in to trenches or in to the space between trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of Surplus earth as diverted by the engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand including watering dressing etc. for proper completion of the work. S.I.No.-255+ cost of sand.

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand of cement in proportion of 1:6:12 in foundation & under floors, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work(S.I.No. 271)

M. 150 class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 305

P/L of Rubble moulded Zig Zag Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504. (Chapter 6) 6.7

Cement concrete with 20mm (1/2") guage approved stone grit, approved coarse sand cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 279a

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement & coarse sand in 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour & tools and nts etc. required for proper completion of the work . S.I. 584

Part-B As Per E/I for the period of five years the actual completion date of the work. GST shall be paid extra as per applicable at the time of payment. Maintenance of first year total work amount of P.C. Work.
