Repair/ replacement of Pan type Humidifier of 9 KW (12 Kg/Hour) with Electrical Panel and digital display, control with float valve and thermostat with proper insulation of 25mm thick fiber wool glass and cladded with 22 gauge thick GI sheet. Construction :- 2mm thick stainless steel 304 grade sheet in welded construction with steam Inlet/ Outlet/ Drain/ Overflow Nozzle, top cover openable with S.S. bolts Element :- electrical resistance Immersion type, S.S tube chrome plated floor mounted to be placed inside room Rating :- 3 KW x 3 Nos = 9 KW with 0.5 KW additional heater with thermostat to maintain 75°C temp inside the tank complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing in replacement duct humidity and temperature sensor electric type on Duct and compatible with (BMS) Building Management System as per existing installed on site complete all specified and directed. Make : As existing Make Pantech instruments & Model No. 902 (3).
Supply and fixing in replacement Duct transducer for measuring relative humidity and temperature, measuring range (humidity 0-100%rh, no condensation & temp -20 to 80°C) having immersion probe depth 140mm, active & passive measuring element with mounting flange and compatible with (BMS) Building Management System as per existing installed on site complete all specified and directed. Make : As existing Make Sauter & Model No. EGH110F002
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3/4" dia Ball valves for drain with fittings etc complete all as specified & directed.
