Taking down Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted/Industrial fan of any type , make and sweep dismantling, cleaning greasing/ overhauling, adjustment of down rod including replacement of rubber, bolt & nuts etc including painting in two coats with existing colour and refixing in existing position with new cable wire connection complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of fan motor of any make/sweep of ceiling fan, exhaust fan any dia mm, including removal of existing burn't winding carefully from slots,cleaning the slots with cleaning agents,and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same guage/type, varnishing complete all as directed .

Taking down unserviceable down rod of ceiling fan and replace with new down rod (Pin or Thread type) at any height, with matching painting including connected spares for mounting of fan complete all as directed .

M&L steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (09 meter long) complete with CI base plate including errection of pole with excavation and earth work including PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation base and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for foundation and coping with PCC (1;2:4 ) and painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of Red oxide paint including removing of old unserviceable steel tubular pole complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Taking down carefully old burnt/unserviceable compressor unit of 1.5 ton capacity window type AC of any make and model and replacing the same with Brand new Com-pressor (reciprocating /rotary) including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, brazing, leak testing, vaccumissing and charging the refrigerant gas to the required pressure and weight, reinstalling the AC unit on the same place including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Taking out the unserviceable condensor coil and S & F new condensor coil made out of 25 SWG copper tubing having 30/34G aluminium fins per CM length for window /split type AC's of 1.5 Ton capacity .

Supply and fix in repairs copper tube of size 3/8, 5/8 inch dia includng necessary soldering , flooring and connecting and testing in between indoor to out door units of split type AC 1.5 Ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per Item No.109 above but size of copper tubing 1/2, 1/4 inch dia complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs insulation felt for split type AC 1.5 / 2.0 Ton copper tube inlet/outlet to out door unit complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing of existing 09 metre long LT Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and erecting in new location including one coat of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and Zebra Crossing Strips from Copping (Copping Excluded) to 1.5 mtr height with Yellow and Black Strip and Copping should be painted with Black Paint, complete with excavation,earth work,PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and coping of poles PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), including transportation from one place to another place inside Lab area, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rate quoted is deemed to be included excavation, earth work, foundation and coping work and painting work complete. Strip size of painting shall be directed.

Opening the compressor of Voltas Model No GSACDX RO-92-1 Air Cooled chiller Package type from its installed position by arranging dummy plates to suction and discharge lines, dismantling and removing of all internal parts, cleaning, overhauling and replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers, springs, gaskets, shaft seal, ‘O’ rings etc., reassembling back all the internal parts, removing of dummy plates, oil charging, pressure testing, charging gas, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.. Note (A) Note:- Equipment like tripod and chain pulling block etc are required & transport this Job included in quoted rates shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.
