Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints for key, scrubbing with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note- Fixing of sheet can be done in any shape( round/semicircle etc)

S&F in repair toughned glass 12 mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors, partition of wall and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling hole with necessary arrangements for fixing also included handles, hinges, support channel for fixing in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel three seater waiting chair of grade 304 made of chrome legs m metal beam, arm rest, allen keys , Perforated steel seat, metal seal joinery with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6) 10mm thick first coat on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfacesand in cm 1:4 5mm thick second coat over first coat , mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finishe fair and even without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed incl taking down existing plaster.

M & L for vitrified cerameic tiles 9 to10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80 mm thick Machine Pressed Precast cement concrete interlocking Paver block (glossy finished) any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15656 2006, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment dry & joints filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete in type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) in kerbs and eding to road divder and footpath etc incl necessary earthwork with plain fair faces incl chamfered wheathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not Exc. 15cm deep , getting out and removing to a distance not exceeding 50m in soht/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old decorated surface of wall/ceilling to be done by mechanical means/smart painting technique coats of acrylic latex base exterior grade (100% ACRYLIC) over a coat of primer at any height including necessary scaffolding complete alongwith five year warrantly complete all as specified and directed (Make:- Asian Paints Apex/ Dulux Weather Shield or equvalent make as spproved by GE). Note:- Painting work shall be executed through authorized and certified applicator of paint manufactures of paint companies. 2. Approval shall be obtained from GE for make/manufacturers and applicator before engagement in the work. 3. Contractor shall provide five year written guarantee certicate for the paint work.
