SPECIAL REPAIR TO WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION INCLUDING BORE WELLS, LT PANEL EARTHING AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN ZONE-II AREA UNDER AGE E/M OF GE JAIPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil including trimming of tree roots in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing framed work for support structure such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework, chamber cover including welding as required with locking arrangement and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing wire netting of size 12 mm of stainless steel wire 1.40 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate nopt less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15mm bore GI pipe, medium grade up to 7.5metres long all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I, and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM, (Weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old existing unserviceable GI protection pipe of dia 15 mm galvanized iron with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Tubes 15 mm dia 'light grade', galvanized, with all fitting laid in trenches for protection of earth lead wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.
