Opening the electric induction motor of cap 10-25 HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all other insulating material complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the electric induction motor of cap 30-40HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all other insulating material complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the electric induction motor of cap 50-75 HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all other insulating material complete all as specified and as directed. Note : "Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge will be measured under item No. 17 as supply only" for item No 1, 2 and 3 above.

Disconnecting of electrical connection from panel board and taking out electic motor capacity 10-25 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of electrical connection from panel board and taking out electic motor capacity 30-40 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of electrical connection from panel board and taking out electic motor capacity 50-75 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the C/F pump of cap 10-25 HP from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange compete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the C/F pump of cap 30-40 HP from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange compete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the C/F pump of cap 50-75 HP from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange compete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the centrifugal pump and repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position of 10 to 20 HP

NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty as mentioned in clause 9.1 of Particular Specification. The decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

An amount of Rs 102469.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
