Drilling of 200mm dia bore wells any where is chengalpattur district including tranportion from one place to aother place with in this district in alluvial soil or sedimentrary starata using rotary rig by first drilling a pilot bore of 150 mm dia by direct rotary mud circulation method using contractors rig tool fuel, labour drillng bentonite mud and water required for drilling, Drilling 150mm dia pilot bore to the required depth Below ground level.

Drilling 150mm dia pilot bore up to 60 m to 90 m from Ground level.

Drilling 150mm dia pilot bore up to 90 m to 120 m from Ground level.

Drilling 150mm dia pilot bore up to 120m to 150 m from Ground level.

Drilling 150mm dia pilot bore up to 150m to 180 m from Ground level.

Drilling 150mm dia pilot bore up to 180m to 210 m from Ground level.

Supply and delivery of 200mm dia(8”) PVC end cap including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Reaming from 150mm dia pilot bore to 200mm dia size bore as directed by the Departmental Officer, to the required depth up to 60 from Ground level

Labor charges for inserting the P.V.C. casing pipes assembly with slots (or) without slots in the drilled holes including joining the pipes etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the Municipal Engineer excluding cost of casing pipe etc., complete 200mm dia PVC casing pipe

Charges for developing the bore wells with Air Compressor 600cfm (Minimum 8 hours) including transportation labor and fuel charges for Compressor as directed by the Departmental Officer and conducting yield test by “V” notch method.

Supply and Fixing of 5 HP Motor Submersible Pump set ISI mark IS 8034Without panel board 75LPM and 60M Head including Fixing Charges and all Charges etc. Complete.(Rate with TNVAT @4% on Basic cost Excise Duty)

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
