Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying cables / GI pipe, foundation of pole, stay etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for sub class 'B' brick for protection of UG cable in tranches of old size brick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose.

Taking out from trenches/poles/wall etc LT XLPE UG Cable /PVC Sheathed aluminium conductor armoured and relaying after fault rectification duly tested in trenches/Poles/Wall of LT UG Cable size of following sizes :Note: Rate including Earth Work. Complete servicing, overhauling, repairing, cleaning, oiling with setting of tripping mechanism of following Air Circuit Breaker(ACB) 415 volts of capacity 630 amps to 1000 Amps 50Hz any type or make or all as per existing including submission of service & test reports. The servicing to be done by authorised service provider of manufacturer. The details are placed at "Scope of work" as given under.Note :Minimum spares/lubricants and tools required for the job should be included in the coated rates .

SCOPE OF WORK all as per item No.19 (i) Moving arcing contacts shall be checked. Cleaning of breaker with CRC-226 (ii) Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease. Dismantling unserviceable/ burnt electric wiring from the power factor capacitor panel boards, cleaning the panel with CTC to remove the carbon deposits, rewiring of control circuit of the panel boards with suitable size of PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper cable of suitable size, including provision of suitable copper lugs, bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete including electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for load balancing of Single/three phase system at LT Panel upto Distribution box of any size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium tube terminal of any size and capacity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety mesures reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. M&L for road cutting for laying of cable/pipe and making good the disturbed/excavated surface as per existing road including refilling the excavated material, compacting, WBM and black top carpeting with bitumen & aggregate following the stone/sand on top complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting to two pole structure after removing /scraping/ bruses/ cleaning to old paint on external surface in one coat of paint primer by using synthetic enamel aluminium paint on steel tubular and cement on PCC pole structure in any height/ length/ dia etc ,including cross arms/ angles, nut, bolt , washers etc marking as direction using diffrent colour of paint complete for bothincoming and Outgoing all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Colour of paint shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepartion of old painted surfaces of LT panel/feeder piller box of any type outdoor/indoor including removing old paint with scrubing and applying one coat of synthetic emanel paint of shade as per existing over a coat of red oxide primer,with electrically operated spray machine , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth pit chamber of size 0.6mx0.6mx0.6m made with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 including HDPE earthing pit cover inspection chember of size 200 mm depth, 300mm length and 300mm width, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to steel strip 25X4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoad dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.

Finding and rectification of electrical fault by Checking of external/internal elect supply feeder, street light feeder,OH conductors /under ground cables using elect tools, equipments and safty devices after arranging elect shut down of feeders from sub station to remove elect faults like tightning of loose connection,removing of any electric short,meggring of cable,excavation of soil for removing of faulty cable on a particular span and relaying of cables after removing of fault, re-tightning of cable lugs etc all as required at site and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- (i) The electrician employed for the purpose will be highly skilled along with one mate and should have all necessary tools and saftey devices. (ii) Any major materials used for rectification of faults like Cables,MCB/MCCB/cable jointing kits/cables of any type etc will be measured and paid seperately or supplied by department.
