Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, including all leads and lift etc., complete for making play fields, running trees and court yards.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness - by mechanical means in area of light jungle.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.- Bitumen 60/70.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of informatory board of size 1.2 m X 0.6 m of diamond graded reflective sheeting encapsulated on aluminium sheets of not less than 2 mm thick suitably supported and framed by M.S angles of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 6mm. The informatory lettering and the symbols will be provided by high intensity white grade white sheeting. The board is supported by a post pipe of size 80 mm dia M.S. heavy for a height of 3.6 m and extended and supported to the extreme width of the board on the rear side. This board frames and post pipes will be painted by Zinc chromate primer and white colour enamel paint and embedded in ground pit of size 0.6m X 0.6 m X 0.6 m with PCC 1:2:4. Rate includes all materials, labour charges conveyance concreting, painting.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
