Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for exposing getting out GI/CI pipes in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming lin layers not exceeding 25 cm after the pipes have been laid all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, of 150 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of GI tubes light grade with all fittings of 80 mm dia laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insluated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed incl taking down old u/s cables. (Make :- CCI/Polycab/Gloster)

-do- all as per item no 6 but cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fixing of centrifugal type Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having capacity 15 HP having the suction line of 80 mm dia and delivery line of 80 mm dia, discharge of water 22 LPS, Head 30 Mtr complete incl necessary PCC foundation, electrical connection from starter to motor and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

S & F of FASD starter suitable for 15 HP centrifugal type monoblock pump incl fixing into existing LT Panel and necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed

S & F Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 40 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (0.5 metre beyond pit to main switch), PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete.
