RESTORATION And CONSERVATION WORK FOR DHARMAVEERGAD, PEDGAON, AHILYANAGAR

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Removal of plants / ficus grown by pulling out root system embedded in masnory, cutting stem and application of high/gur/lime formulation as specified by the Architect or other patented chemical biocide treatment such as biocide 'Glycel' (iso proplamine salt of glyphosate) or other chemical as specified by the Engineer in charge etc. complete.

Labour charges for removing grass, thorney shrubs, Jungli shrub, Kubabul and alike grass along roadside making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etc. complete.

Dismantling stone masonry in lime or cement mortar including stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

Desilting the Supply Well, Intake Well / Head Works, Sump of water supply / sewerage works etc. in wet or dry condition including lifts upto 9 M and lead upto 150 M as required beyond the work site, stacking, spreading, including necessary guarding, etc. complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scientific Excavation for debris soil as scientific excavation/ clearance in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete. ( By /manaual Means ) - a) Upto 1.50m lift Normal Rate, b) 1.50m to 3.00m lift, Add 10% c) 3.00m to 4.50m lift, Add 20% d) 4.50m to 6.0m lift, Add 30%

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 0.00 to 1.50 m.) By Manual Means.

Conveying the excavated materials, debris of brick or stone masonary, R.C.C. slab, water proofing, stone members/ materials, cement/ lime concrete, tiles/ marbles / stone slab/ brick bat coba, etc. upto 5 km, away from the site and cleaning the site properly.

Shiffting the heavy stone from 50 to 100m distance by male mazdoor (havey) with all necessary equipments, tools etc, complete.

Gently cleaning the surface of stone masonry and piers with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray fine mist along the stone surface without over wetting followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc.as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove the surfce dirt, grit accretions by means of water misting and cleaning etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).
