REPAIR/MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF BLDG EARTHING, EARTH CONDUCTOR AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE (I) SURANUSSI

Taking down carefully copper/GI earthing strip/GI wire complete including and removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unservicable earthing Test point terminal block as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.

Taking down Air termination, single pointed Aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long and making good disturbed surface of walls,floors etc all as specified and directed.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection connected to electrical equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly and earth chamber as shown in elect plate No 2 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for maintenance free Eco safe Corrosin earthing comprising the following :- (a) Electrode : Cu Bonded Steel Rod 3 Meter long 17.2 mm dia 250 microns Copper bonded having a pointed Tip at the bottom. Fitted with copper connecting strip and M10x35 mm SS Nut bolt washer at the top connected the clamps included. (b) Back- fill Conductivier, Non- semi Water soluble : LOHM Maintenance free, Enviornmental friendly, Mineral compounds, Semi soluble, non corrosive, conductivity improving material of approved brand (LOHM) Model No. LOHM BF-30. (c) Earth pit chamber : Polyplastic, Heavy duty weather-proof, environmental free with cover size about top dia 254 bottom 330 and height 260 mm, Heavy duty of 7.5 Ton load capacity. (d) Installation work for Earthing for normal Soil. (e) nstallation work for Earthing for Hard Soil. Complete all as specifiedand Make Pragati Electrocom (P) Ltd.and equivalant , approval by AGE (I).

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to DBs or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with galavanised iron strip of 25X4 mm size complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.
