Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sewage from Raw Sewage Sump, Equalization tank, FAB reactor / MBBR tank and tube settler / clari settler of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 400 KLD / 500 KLD / 1250 KLD installed at different pockets of Jhansi Cantt, by using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of all tanks such as Raw Sewage Sump, Equalization tank, FAB reactor / MBBR tank and tube settler / clari settler and chlorine contact tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge / silt / sand / fungus etc deposited inside the sumps / tanks with buckets and depositing where directed, followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white colour on black background on external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Before commencement of work, necessary bypassing arrangement for bypassing the raw sewage to disposal into drain / nallah directly without allowing into STP shall be made as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) During execution of work, the raw sewage has to be diverted to the drain / nallah through the bypassing arrangement made by contractor and after completion of work the raw sewage has to pass through STP for proper treatment before its disposal to drain / nallah. (iii) The bypass arragement made by contractor shall be on parmanent basis and it will become the property of Gont. (iv)The accumulated/deposited sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to enclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for laying of GI Pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (any type of soil) not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Taking out broken sewage line at a depth n.exc 1.5m and replacing with new sewage pipe line with DWCPE pipe 150/175 mm (ID/OD) complete laid in trenches including earthwork, removal and return filling and jointed including testing alongwith necessary jointing material tees/ union / socket etc complete laid on PCC beed 150 mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 of avg depth 2.0 m including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified in IS 16098:2013 and as directed

Note for 71.00 to 83.00 (i) DEWATERING : Dewatering of the water tank using suitable water / sludge removal pumpset. (ii) SLUDGE REMOVAL : Removing of any type of sludge, accumulated mud, silt, sand, vegetation growth or any solid particles etc. from bottom surface and inner walls of tank with the help of sludge pumps or manually disposing off the same to a distance exceeding 50 mtrs but not exceeding 100 mtrs away from the fencing/boundary wall of installation, and spreading in low lying areas. (iii) ALGAE REMOVAL : Removal of Algae, Calcinations etc from the walls with rotary cleaner/scrubber machine/wire brushes etc. (iv) INTERNAL WASHING : Washing of Walls and Ceiling with the help of high pressure jet cleaners using Sodium hypo chloride/Altoch mixed water (v) ANTI-BACTERIAL TREATMENT : Walls and ceiling to be sterilized with Anti Bacterial Solution (using 15 % by Volume of H2O2/silver ion) for making it bacteria free. (vi) VACUUM CLEANING : Complete removal of remaining sludge, accumulated mud, silt, sand with the help of vacuum cleaners. (vii) UV TREATMENT : Tank to be sterilized and disinfected with the help of UV lamp for min 01 hr to make bacteria free.

Note for 71.00 to 83.00 1. Entire process of cleaning of OHR / UG Sump will be carried out through any certified agency only, who has vast experience in field of cleaning OHR / UG Sump and having all requisite plant & machinery incl safety equipments, required for the same. The contractor must produce all credentials/work experience of cleaning agency and get approval of accepting authority for carrying out complete job of cleaning of OHR / UG Sump, before commencement of job. 2. Dewatering of OHR may be carried out through wash out pipe of the OHR. In case, the sluice valve is not functional or blockage of wash out pipe occurred, suitable water / sludge removal pumpset shall be used for dewatering/cleaning process. The cost of same in this effect is deemed to be included in quoted rates. No extra payment will be made in this effect. 3. All the equipment/material required for cleaning of tank / sump will be brought by the contractor and no extra cost will be paid in this effect. 4. The contractor must intimate atleast one week in advance for cleaning of tank / sump and only after approval of Engr -in-charge/GE, the cleaning will be carried out. 5. The contractor must carried out all the process in such a way that the complete inside cleaning process as mentioned above must be finished in one day only or any stipulated time decided by Engineer-in-charge to produce minimum disturbance to regular water supply to connected area. If contractor fails to restore the water supply within stipulated time, as decided by Engineer-in-charge, the penal recovery of Rs - 2000.00 per day will be recovered

M&L for replacement of old rubber gasket incl nuts, bolts & washer with new rubber gasket joints, and MS nuts, bolts & washer of suitable size for CI/MS pipe lines of 300 mm dia size of OHT (height of OHTs approx 14 to 21 Mtrs), fixed in vertical position, by deploying sufficient man power and requisite T&P to ensure safety of OHR Structure and working party complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. One No flange joint connecting two flange pipes or pipe & valve will be measured as one unit. 2. The contractor must cater for all safety arrangement i. e. safety belts/ helmet / safety harness, shoes etc for working man power and inspecting staff and no extra cost will be paid in this effect. 3. The T&P, transport and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 4. The contractor must carried out all the process in such a way that the complete job / process as mentioned above for one No OHR must be finished in one day only or any stipulated time decided by Engineer-in-charge to produce minimum disturbance to regular water supply to connected area. If contractor fails to restore the water supply within stipulated time, as decided by Engineer-in-charge, the penal recovery of Rs - 2000.00 per day will be recovered from contractor's dues. 5. If, any kind of damage to OHR structure / connected valve or nearby bldg / plant / equipments etc, occurred during this process, the contractor shall repair / replace or make good the same as original at his risk and cost. No extra payment / cost will be paid in this effect.

The contractor must cater for all safety arrangement i. e. safety belts/ helmet / safety harness, shoes etc for working man power and inspecting staff and no extra cost will be paid in this effect. 2. The T&P and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Supply and mixing of Calcium Hypochlorite 65% to 70% chlorine content in packed with 45 Kg each drum (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment (in swimming pool/OHT/UG sump/Well) much more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder & sodium hypochlorite complete all as specified and directed. Make : Aquafit or equivalent as approved by NMPT committee of E-in-C's Branch. Note :-The contractor must submit the COC (Certificate of Compliance) in original from manufacturer by All India Authorised MES Distributor for each batch of product delivered indicating and including Chemical Analysis Report by All India Authorised MES Distributor. Supply and mixing of Alum crystal in water for water treatment as required qty to reduce the turbidity of water during the treatment in swimming pool/OHT/UG sump/Well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing of Copper Sulphate, Crystal form in water for water treatment as required qty for removal of algae during the treatment in swimming pool/OHT/UG sump/Well complete all as specified and directed.
