Taking out of existing non clog submersible pump set from raw water sewage sump after disconecting the electric connection complete . Dismantling the pump & electric motor , cleaning of blockage sludge equalization servicing of pump , motor including necessary oiling ,greasing etc complete checking of other parts pump,motor including replacement of minor parts like bush bearing , pin nut bolts etc checking of insulation resistance of motor winding , varnishing of motor winding with "F" class insulation and reassembled the same and reinstalled to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following capacities. Note: (i) winding shall be measured & paid seprately under relevent item of this BOQ (Schedule A). (ii) The rate for necessary T&P required for taking up and down of submersible pump / motor shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Dismantling the coupling and taking out 7.5 HP pump ( make- Kirlosker) from pump motor set fixed in foundation and transport to work shop opening the pump, replacement unserviceable bearing and bushes and worn out nut and bolts gaskets, machining of shafts, over hauling & greasing of pump and reassembling the same including replacement of worn out gland packing with suitable size after fixing with motor, testing of motor and pump with full load at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Disconnectioning of electric connection and taking out burnt electric motor from foundation /centifuge for repair in local workshop ,opening of motor for rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and varnishing, beaking and testing after rewinding upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge rewinding, reassembling and fixing to its original location of following capcities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Spare parts such as bushing, bearing etc shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
