Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in - equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 22 mm thick factory made pre-polished cement concrete flooring tiles of required colour and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) and jointed with cement slurry mixed with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tile - (Endura \ Ultra \ Dazzle \ Technic) or equivalent.

Removing White/ colour wash by machine scrapping and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete (Rate approved vide no: 336/PW/SE II/AE(P)-6/SE-150/2015-16/233 dt. 03.02.2016)

Supplying and fixing grey granite stone benches with back rest of model 1.50mm in length having two supporting foot rest of size 1.00 mt in hight, 10cm thickness with bottom width 60 cm at seating slab level 22 cm and at top 15 cms. The seating slab will be of size 150cm in length 45 cms in width and 7.5 cm in thick. The back rest portion shall be fixed with two nos of slab of size 150cm x 15 cm x 5 cm in the groove cut provided in the back rest stone. The rate shall be include the cost of granite stone dressing loading and un loading incidental charges, for 3 line dressing in all exposed surface and single nosing on all sides of the stone slab as per the design pattern. The rate shall also include all taxes as applicable complete as per the architectureal drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
