Concrete mix design of IS:9103 with weight of each SCC footing at least 1015 kg (tolerance limit 3%), complete all as specified and as shown in drg No 01/03 to 03/03 and directed as per Engineer-in-charge.
Note:-
(i) The work pertaining to precast shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised technician through manufacturer of the precast factory. The sample of MoU is enclosed as per Appx 'B'. The contractor is advised quote their rate accordingly.
(ii) The contractor shall upload with the documents under Technical Bid (Cover-I) "Memorandum of Understanding: (MoU) with Rs 100/- Stamp Paper at least one manufacturers, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. | 110 | Each | - | - |

| 5 | S & F of precast I-shaped column of size 3000mm x 200mm x 200mm, having flange thickness of 60 mm and web thickness 80 mm will place on precast footing and will be grouted , having a bolts fixed at top of column, having 4 mm dia high tensile tendon steel 10 nos in each column which is made of high performance self compacting concrete (SCC) of M-40 grade, cured under controlled factory conditions through steam curing,. All manufacturing process must comply with indian standards. The curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants to avoid efflorescence for quality assurance. The formwork used for casting should be made of automobile-grade, water-tight steel, enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components. concrete mix design of IS:9103 with weight of each column at least 228 kg (tolerance limit 1.5%), complete all as specified and as shown in drg No 01/03 to 03/03 and directed as per Engineer-in-charge.

All manufacturing process must comply with Indain standards. The curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants to avoid efflorescence for quality assurance. The formwork used for casting should be made automobile grade water tight steel enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components. Concrete mix design of IS:9103 with weight of each panel at least 675 kg (tolerance limit 1%), complete all as specified and as shown in drg No 01/03 to 03/03 and directed as per Engineer-in-charge.

(i) Design given in the drawing is tentative, actual design will be as per sample approval.
