Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section in any position in framed work all as specified.

Bottom exposed capping of width 24 mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI .Wall angle is fixed along the perimeters of the ceiling to Walls, partitions or columns etc with rawl plugs and wooden screws at 300mm centers. Main"T" runners are then suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 8 mm dia and 45mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at max1200mm center to center along main T, and not more than 150mm from spliced joints. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent =wall. Then 1200mm long cross & quot;T & quot; is interlocked between the main "T & quot; at600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and then secondary cross “T & quot; of length 600mm is then interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm grid to form grids of 600x600mm. Cross Tees at the ends having length more than 600mm are to be supported independently. Finally Gyproc 8mm thick tiles of size 595x595 having foil on back side & PVC paper on front side wrapped around edges to be placed in grid. Make :-Lafarge, Boral Gypsum Board Pvt Ltd, Shri Nepal Board Ltd, Aerolite Ceiling System Pvt, Hilux, Armstrong, Dexune or equivalent.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

S & F in Repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc., as directed.

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer n.exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil.

Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggt) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Mild steel work as post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc; and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Preparation of new/old steel surfacesurfaces of any description, otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type

Point wiring in replacement with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm size FRLS for one light point / fan point or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand FRLS PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in and including PVC casing and capping of approved size,make and quality ISI marked, including providing suitable size of copper lugs and all other required accessories as specified in Preamble 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading 'Point wiring' fixed on walls/ceiling including sunk cast iron boxes concealing on wall for mounting fittings like switch, sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and directed.
