Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally Oil cooled indoor type and designed input variation between 300 Volts to 480 volts with out put voltage stabilized at 415 Volts with accuracy + 2.5 % and speed of correction 8 Volts per Second and of capacity 100 KVA, including oil and dehydration, testing of voltage stabilizer after installation, construction of suitable size of PCC foundation including making of connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25 x4 mm (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia medium grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised for steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less' than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to DB as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 65 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade of size 50/40/32 mm 1.2 m long cut to length bend to the required shape and 02 Nos mounting flat iron clamps size 40mm x 6mm, 04 Nos hexagonal bolts 10mm dia 100mm long with nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light Engineering plastic one piece moulding control box with locking arrangement made out of HDPE and FI clamp 25 x 3mm complete of dimensions in CM +/-10%(34x28x13) including MCB SP 6 Amp 240 Volts complete with 02 Nos aluminium busbar or terminal two nos (2P-R/Y/B and N) of rating 63 amps for single phase and neutral on porcelain based insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 2.5/4 sqmm 2/3 core suitable for LED security light for pole box to street light fitting with connector and thimble, nut, bolt and washer etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in steel tubular swaged poles erected truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 300 x300x 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to pole, B-118 final, taper cap, bolts, nuts & screws, poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II. type 410 SP-55 (9.0 metres long) including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint internally & portion embedded in concrete, making five black & yellow bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately, and making pole No. with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles size of cable 95 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.
