Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10, 20 & 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. Note-Compaction shall be done with needle vibrator and screed vibrator. The panel shall be made with C-Channel of the full height of concrete to be laid and floater mahine will be applied there upon and proper texture will be made with brooming, applying curing compound of approved make as per manufacturer's specification. Initially Mechanically cutting of dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness shall have to cut. Subsequently groove cutting as per dummy / construction/expansion joints will be done 10mm width x 50mm deep as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and Nothing extra shall be paid for performing these activity.
Cleaning & filling dummy/longitudinal/transverse Joints in existing PQC with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990 or IS:11433-1995) of approved make Dr. Fixit/Sika/Fosroc/Clean coat/Choksey/STP or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm width x 25mm deep including inserting the backer rod of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape and masking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note: This work shall be carried out through authorized or experienced applicator of M/s CHOKSY/SIKA/ PIDILITE /STP/Clean Coat etc.
Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineerin-Charge
Supplying and installation ,Testing and commissioning of Hand pump including boring for each hand pump of dia 250 mm for a depth of approx 60 m, providing PVC casing pipe of dia 125 mm with bottom slotted pipe for a depth of about 12 m and with plain pipe for a depth of about 42 m, Indian Mark -II Hand pump with GI pipe and suction rod below it complete with other associated accessories and development works of borewell including platform 4x4 as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. b) Providing and lowering of single phase submersible pump set with minimum 1 HP motor (water filled type) and suitable stage pump (As per approved make) suitable for discharging water at sufficiently good yield (At least 30 ltr per minutes) suitable for approximate head of 70-75 mtr including supplying and fixing of PVC coated wire rope for pump support and safety, control panel/starter suitable for relevant motor, 3 core 1.5 sq.mm. flat subermsible cable, 40 mm outer dia ISI HDPE pipe (min 8kg/sq.cm., PE-63) conforming to IS 4984:2016 complete including supplying fixing and lowering, commissioning and testing of all above items as per complete satisfaction and direction of EIC.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and filling available earth obtained for subgrade, embankment, depressions as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm (loose) in depth (or any thichness as approved by EIC, in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used ) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller/ soil compactor of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give at lease 95% the maximum dry density obtained in laboratory conditions (modified proctor density) as per IS : 2720 (part VIII) complete including levelling , fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MoRTH specification and as directed by Enginner-in-charge (EIC) with all leads and lifts. (The item includes cost of excavation, carriage of available earth upto work site for all leads and lifts and compaction. Payment shall be made for compacted quantity only.
Providing, cutting and lying anti static mat on the floors of LLZ and GP huts as per required size and shape etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer In charge.
Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595 mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600 mm centre to centre in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32 mm fixed to the floor and soffit at 600 mm centre using 12 mm dia,50 mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10 mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600 mm centre to centre so as to form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. Glasswool of 50 mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2 mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fiber joint tape roll 50 mm wide (90 metre )roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer’s specification as per direction of Engineerin- Charge all complete. a) With 15 mm thick fully perforated square/butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels/ tiles
