S&F 15mm dia bore GI tubing, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified & as directed.

Refixing/laying only old steel tubing 15 mm dia bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- GI pipe obtained from item No.1 above shall be used.

S&F in repair circular cover for water storage tank, any capacity made out of 1 mm thick GI sheet PVC water storage tank fixed with suitable screws (inorder to protect Monkey menace), design and size complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from over head water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs but not exc 500 liters including cleaning the mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified including washing the tank with bleaching powder and writting the date of cleaning on outer wall of tank with synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250mmx7mm / 450X350 X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar superfacial area not exc 150 Sqm cm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel utensil plate rack 1mm thick of size 0.60x0.90m with three shelves made out of stainless steel (SS-304 grade) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs brass CP mixer for mixing of hot & Cold water suitable for Wash basin, screwed down for iron pipe and fixed to 15 mm pipe complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified in clause No. 8B.2 at Sl page No. 143 to 144 and shown in drawing on sl page No 156 of SSR 2010 respectively and as directed.
