Disconnecting safely existing electric meters of any size, rating and removing to E&M stores all as directed.

Supply & Fix AC Single Phase Static Energy meter of Accuracy Class 1.0, 240V, 50 HZ , with Backlit LCD Display of rating 5-30A with box complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- , HPL Model No-SPPB1310000002OC00, L&T Model No-WM101BC5DL0BOX or equivalent model of make as specified in makes list.

Supply and install new metering board powder coated double door fabricated with 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for mounting 1 No vertical TPN DB for energy meter with fixing four energy meter and locking arrangement of size 75cmX75cmx15cm complete all as specified and directed. ( Taking down of old Unserviceable metering board and civil work is included in the quoated in the item rate) Note:- Sample should be approved only by as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply and laying 4 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor for interconnection between elect meter and TPN DB complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of heater water storage type electric geyser (vertical cylindrical type) 25 litre capacity with BEE 5 star rating (minimum) and ABS body, porcelain enamel glass lined inner tank including fixing arrangement with providing including suitable capacity flexible cable 3 core with 3-pin plug of 16 amp capacity maximum 2 mtr length, PVC connection pipe of size 15 mm dia and 450mm length for Hot Cold water, including chromium plated brass nuts and fixing on walls with and including all necessary fitting material i.e. Mild steel Bolts (Bolts to be grouted), CP brass nuts, Washers, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn thorugh and including PVC casing capping of adequate size fixed on surfafce of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessaries and 1 run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi standered copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run through casing capping and connected common earth dolly connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and two run of 4sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 4sqmm as earth conductor and PVC casing & caping shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch socket out let combination multipurpose 5 pin, 15/16 Amps and (with 3 pin 5 Amps outlet also) flush type (non shuttered) ISI marked complete all as specified/directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubes medium grade, 15mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix CP Stop valves 15mm, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

Supply & Fix PVC connection 15 MM size with PTMT nuts of length 450MM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix CP Bib taps 15mm, fancy type, cast copper alloy, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying and testing in trenches/pole cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flat three core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable of size 6 sqmm for submersible motors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not Exe. 1.5 m wide and not Exe. 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

M&L for brick laid for LT underground cables protection to with sub class 'B' over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials (soil) upto a distance not exe 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exe 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe of 80mm of Medium grade for connecting pump with hydrant post od size 80mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Cast iron Sluice Valve of 80mm size Class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix vertical openwell submersible pump of 05 HP, three phase, no of stages - 03,Head range 57-22m, Discharge range 125-520 LPM. Complete all as specified and directed. Make crompton , Cat No. CGVOS2T25-5 or equivalen make as specified.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised wire of dia 4 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and eath works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I including taking out the old earthing material complete all as specified and directed.Note:No extra payment will be for the earthing GI wire of size 4 mm dia

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door feeder pillar box of size, not less than 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.60m ,outdoor cubical type factory made front side openable type with locking arrangement ,fabricated of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick outer door type with canopy, 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron with provision for mounting DOL Starter with enclosure and one No incoming MCB TPN 32A complete with padestal mounting, foundation . Feeder pillar box shall be powder coated and angle iron frame painted with black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including PCC foundation. Note:Price of MCB TPN 32A to be included in the Quoted rate.
