Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of metal clad, floor mounted, free standing, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type, front and back side openable type, indoor, M.V. distribution panel suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 500V, 50HZ AC made out of 1.6mm CRCA Sheet for Doors, side and rear panels, tops, internal elements & 2.0mm for load bearing members & 3mm sheet for gland plate comprising of the following electrical accessories, Bus bars, indicators and control fuses etc. with detachable gland plates at top & bottom for incoming and outgoing cable entries, lifting hooks, ventilation louvers at both sides, 4 pole stud connectors of suitable ratings, suitable size base channel of MS Channel /Angle iron i/c interconnections with suitable size copper/Aluminium strip/ multi strand PVC insulated FRLS flexible copper conductor cable , powder painting after seven tank process treatment, sign writing with suitable engraved white on black nameplates for all switch gears, Bus bars, Indicators & cable alleys etc., providing GI earth studs at both bottom sides of the panel & interconnection with 20mmX3mm copper strips running along the perimeter of the panel as per the approved drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge conforming to applicable standards etc. complete as required. (The panel shall be fabricated and assembled by the CPRI approved panel Manufacturer. INCOMER: 400 Amp, 415 V 4 Pole MCCB with thermal and magnetic release conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, with release range (320-400), Ics = 100% Icu, having breaking capacity not less than 36 KA (at 415V AC 50 Hz) including silver plated copper spreader terminals (a set of 8 nos per MCCB), extended ROM, UV (240V AC) and shunt release (110/415V AC 50 Hz), 1no. Auxiliary + Trip Alarm Contact (1 C/O + 1 C/O) - 02Nos (For Two no. Incomers ) (Make- L&T-DN3B-400D/ Schneider Electric / Siemens)

OUTGOING: 250 Amp, 415 V 4 Pole MCCB with thermal and magnetic release Conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, with release range (200 -250A), Ics = 100% Icu, having breaking capacity not less than 36KA (at 415V AC 50 Hz) including silver plated copper Spreader terminals (a set of 8nos per MCCB), extended ROM, 1no. Auxiliary + Trip Alarm Contact (1 C/O + 1 C/O) - 4Nos (Make- L&T-DN2-250D/ Schneider Electric / Siemens).

BUS BARS: 4 Strip solid aluminum bus bar of minimum 600 Amps Capacity having suitable size with fixing on support insulators, heat shrinkable PVC insulation tape, brass nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete as reqd. - 01 set.

INDICATIONS: RYB Phase Indicating LED lamps (22.5mm) - 1 set. (For Bus bar). On/Off/Trip indication LED lamp (22.5mm) -02 sets (for Incomers) and On/Off/Trip indication LED lamp (16mm) - 4sets (For Outgoings). (Make- ESBEE/SALZER/Vaishno/Siemens)

CONTROL WIRINGS AND INTERLOCKINGS: Two nos Incomers MCCBs are to be Electrically interlocked through Auxiliary contacts/Shunt/UV releases and Mechanically interlocked through panel door mounted keylocks. The control wiring is to be made with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable with suitable control fuses. Suitable ratings MCBs for control circuits, Connector blocks with DIN channels and copper conductor single core cable for interconnection between the Shunt & UV release of the MCCBs, TAC cum Aux. contact and the connector blocks/controlling MCBs etc. are to be provided. All the control wires/cables are to be numbered with ferrules.

Supply of the following sizes XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable 1100 V. grade confirming to IS: 7098 (Part-1) 1988 etc. as required. (Make- Polycab/Havells/Glowstar/ISI)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and up to 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing Duct/Air as required.
