Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegeration, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and tree of girth upto 300 mm, removal of strumps of such tree cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceble materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Cutting of Trees including cutting of trunks, Branches and removal:Cutting of Trees including cutting of trunks, Branches and removal of stumps, roots, stackingof serviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m and earth filling in the depression /pit. ii) Girth from 600 mm to 900 mm A. Excavation in ordinary soil. Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections (iii) Excavation in soil using hydraulic excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000m.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock pilling at designated locations and disposal of dismantling materials upto a lead of 1000m stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (i) Private Land.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (i) Private Land.

Construction of granular sub – base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density, complete as per clause 401, (ii) For Grading II Materials.

Providing Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound machadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with vibratory roller 80.-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding Materials to fill up the interestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density WBM grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405. Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. The Provisional Sum of Rs 612491.15 (Rupees Six Lakh Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Ninety One and Fifteen Paise) only is meant for shifting of electric pole/lines from the ROW. This is a fixed amount to be utilised during implementation for the purpose of utility shifting (Bidder is not required to quote the fixed amount separately)
