Disconnect the electric line from the motor and keep the cable by covering with protechtive device.De-couple the motor side coupling and open out the motor from its own position and keep its safe side.Dismantling the motor base plate and padestal from its own position and keep it safe side and Making of barricade and scafolding arround the existing plateform with bamboo/pipe railing on any accident.

Lifting the pump unit from the sump chamber and dismantle the line shaft by removing the guide channel, stuffing box. T.T Nut , Bolts etc. Dismantling the complete pump assembly part by part from the pump casing such as impeller shaft, impeller, coupling, guard pipe, bushs, sockets etc .

Mfg. & supply of G.M. bushes including machining complete as per sample and perfect match,Diffuser and Bellmouth bush & Line shaft bush.

Fitting fixing of G.M. bushes by engaging hydraulic press and others accessories .

Straightening of impeller shaft and line shaft by using hydraulic jack to make it perfectly straight.

Repairing the worn out portion of S.S. impeller & C.I. hub by cutting , metalizing , machining, grinding etc. to suit the proper angle of deflection of blades.

Dynamic balancing of the impeller at the rated motor speed govt. approved agency including cost of materials and labour.

Mfg. supply and fitting fixing of T.T Nut with G.M Bush allied bolts as per sample.

Mfg. supply of C.I. bush housing with machining complete including its packing as per sample .

Fitting fixing of C.I. coupling with pump shaft by necessary means.

Mfg. supply and fitting fixing of S.S gland bolts as per sample.

Mfg. And supply with fitting fixing of M.S. Shaft enclosing tube as per sample .

Manufacturing , supply of all damaged and dilapidated lubrication line as per sample.

Manufacturing, supply and fitting fixing of S.S. jam nuts match with impeller shaft as per sample.

Mfg. supply of key made from en-24 materials match with driving shaft key way & C.I. coupling key way etc.

Supply , fiiting , fixing of special type nuts, bolts, & washer to replace the old & broken studs as required.

Thorough cleaning and shrt. Blasting of worn out diffuser and bellmouth.

Repairing of C.I dome type structure over the diffuser for holding the shaft guard pipe.

Mfg. of socket as per departmental sample 75 mm dia x 140 mm long.

Painting with anticorrosive paint with surface preparation and two coat priming throughtout the body as per EIC.

Complete re-fitting the pump with bearings, bearing housing impeller shaft, impeller jam nut and all newly supplied accessories.

Lowering the pump units in its own casing by engaging necessary tools & tackles.

Commissioning the motor on the pedastal & coupled the motor on pedastal & coupled the motor side coupling & pump side coupling & connect the electric line and trail run unload and load.

Transportation charge the whole unit with loading and unloading -2 way from pumping station to work shop and work shop to pumping station for necessary works.
