Item No 10 : Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-7 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Cutting of pipe shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 26 : M&L for construction of brick massonry valve pit of internal size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil , brick work , plastering, white wash , PCC coping, MS frame mde out of angle iron of size 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm , MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle ireon frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synhetic ennameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and gruoting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Item No 33 : Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of copper pipes (degassed, medical - grade), Brazing with silver alloy (no flux, per standards) medicinal gas pipe line network with connected valves, Pressure regulators and filters, necessary pumps / motors and connected items, Medicinal gases comprise of Oxygen, suction and compressed air etc. Pipe line network is to be laid in treatment room, injection room, recovery room and minor OT of trauma care centre in the scale of 1 per room and connected them to the manifold room to previded sufficient medicinal gas supply.

Note:1- (I) Design of energy efficient central air conditioning plant based on inside & outside conditions inside conditions as per given data sheet attached in PS. The design shall meet relevant ASHRAE/ISHRAE norms and code requirements and should as per latest IS practices. It should included the followings:- (a) Data based heat load calculations for all weather seasons (b) Duct drawing showing different sizes of ducts air flow details, incl fire dampers and air dampers. (c) Chiller water piping / condenser water piping etc drawings including valves, vents,strainer, drains etc.

(d) Layout schematic line diagram of LT control panel suitable for the plant showing all the details such as main incoming, outgoing and their type, capacities, qty, alongwith connected measuring instrument/meters, indication lamp, starters, MCB/MCCB/ isolator literature of various components. (e) Specification/description of equpeiment and other materials/items with technical literature of various components. (f) Line plan of plant AHU showing various eqpts/items with dimensions of various qpts/items with specific working clearances between eqpts to eqpts and from walls, after due consideration of existing doors and windows.

(g) Schedule of item/description of equipment of all items with accounting unit. Qty and particular specification etc. (h) Full description of item/eqpt of schedule as per recommended brands/makes in the Tender.(i) Inside design conditions are required to be maintained irrespective of minor variations in outside conditions throughout the year as per desired conditions as per PS data sheet. (j) Contractor will submit detailed Qty with line plan which shows the all type of valves, pumps, pipe lines, Chiller AHU, Cooling Tower, Expansion tank etc. Note2: (a) Contractor should submit 2 Nos CD showing detailed design with description/specfification complete alongwith heat load calculation (For summer, winter & monsoon design, drawings, bill of quantities and four Nos hard copies. (b) Outside design conditons at Jabalpur can be obtained from concerned metrological authorities.

(c) Contractor will develop the soft copy of all the drawings required for the work on the basis of hard copy/line plan of the project. (d) Design folder duly incorporating above design details, layout plans and specifications incl BOQ of the items shall be submitted by the contractor duly bound 3 hard copies and CDs after vetting from HT/NIT/ any Govt Engineering College for the acceptance by the Rep of accepting officer before execution. (e) The work of Air conditoning shall be carried out by a specialist agency having past experience. (f) Noise level (Sound pressure) should not exceed the permissible limts. (g) Testing includes phase-1 24 Hrs continuous after completing the main work and phase-II 72 Hrs continuous for all three seasons after isssuing completion of Phase- I by the IEM (h) Any modification/alteration done for ducting and piping in the building, the Contractor shall make good the damage done for the same.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 KVA Distribution Transformer, copper wound, stepdown, outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping, oil immeresed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes laminated core type delta connected on primary HV side and star connected on secondary LV side in accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (vector group 4) with brought on secondary LV side for earthing and having tapping on HTside upto +7.5% in step of +2.5% and impedence 4.5%.
