The firm should be registered with GST authorities. The rate contract will be generally valid for a minimum period of one year, however rates for more than one year will also be considered, the tenderer who cannot provide validity of rates for one year need not apply.

There will be no change in price structure during the contract except for the statutory levies which are made applicable by the Government through notifications/regulations change.

The chemicals, Glass wares, miscellaneous items and Laboratory Consumables should be supplied within 15 days from the date receipt of supply order either directly or through dealer. Earlier delivery by the supplier is preferred. If the supplier fails to deliver the material within the prescribed period then Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Supplier in accordance with the terms specified by the Purchaser in the Notification of Award. Delivery of the Goods and performance of the Services shall be made by the Supplier in accordance with the time schedule specified by the Purchaser in the Schedule of Requirements

The chemicals so supplied will have to be of AR/GR grade and glasswares so supplied will have to be A grade /high quality with certification and miscellaneous items to be of good quality. On inspection/test if there are found to be of inferior quality, the same has to be replaced by supplier at their own cost within the stipulated period, failing which, the Rate of Contract of the firm may be cancelled, Delayed supply/non compliance of complete order may also lead to cancellation of contract

Discount, taxes and other levies, if any, are to be specified clearly in the bid.

Warranty the Tenderer shall be fully responsible for the manufacture warranty in respect of quality, grade and workmanship of the materials covered in the Rate Contract in case of any defect found at the time of use, the supplier will provide free replacement or Refund the amount charged for that item

Tenderers who do not conform to the terms and conditions (clauses) of this Notification will be rejected. Tender should be submitted with complete technical literature/manual and required details for the supply. However, placing of final orders will depend upon the close security of Tenders by a duly constituted purchase committee in due course

Tender will be accepted only from the manufactures of the branded items. If they are not in a position to quote, they can authorize an exclusive agent who is having dealership at Bangalore, who can quote along with the statement of authorization from the manufacturer.

The payment for the supply of items will be given to the firm within one month of the arrival of materials subject to the inspection of materials by chemists/indenter. No Bill for part payment will normally be entertained.

Tenderer should supply ACS approved chemicals, good quality Glass wares, miscellaneous items and Laboratory Consumables mentioned in the tender document with the supporting certificates.

Minimum one Chemical sample should be produced for selected items for testing and confirmation during technical evaluation of tenders.

The Tenderer should not be blacklisted by any government organization for the last two years. A declaration in this regard should be given on a notarized Rs.100/- stamp paper

The Tenderer should upload Annual turnover Certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant along with UDIN for the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.The Tenderer should have atleast Rs 25.00 lakhs annual gross turnover for the years 2022-23, 2023-24and 2024-25 combined and at least Rs.10 lakhs in each of last two years

The Tenderer should have taken up contracts with any government department in the country, with a total amount, not less than Rs. 10.00 lakhs worth in the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25. Atleast three appreciation letters and completion certificates from government organizations shall be uploaded.

The Tenderer should submit the evidence of submitting Income Tax returns for the Financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The Tenderer should upload GST Registration Certificate along with GST Annual filing Return certificate in Form-3/9 for the year 2024-25 should be uploaded.

Professional Tax Registration Certificate (Form-3/4) obtained from the concerned Department with clearance for the year 2024-25 should be uploaded.
