Description of item

Providing and laying Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and rendering 12 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) mortar.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade of approved brand of BERGER(Weathercoat Long Life 10)/ NEROLAC(Excel)/ ASIAN(Apex Ultima)/ DULUX(Weathershield) : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) all complete inluding the cost of all labours, materials, T&P, cleaning the surfaces of application, scaffolding etc. and removing the debris & cleaning the respective areas all complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : lintels ,plinth beams, beams,girders, bressumers, cantilevers.

Removing existing paint such as dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., inluding the cost of all labours materials, T&P, scaffolding etc., and removing the debris & cleaning the respective areas all complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
