INSULATED CHILLED WATER PIPING (Nitrile rubber insulation) Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. BUTTERFLY VALVE (MANUAL) with C I body SS Disc, Nitrile Rubber Seal & O-Ring PN 16 pressure rating for chilled water/hot water circulation as specified.

Fan Coil Units (Hi-Wall Mounted) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of hi-wall mounted fan coil unit of specified heating capacity and air flow as per the specification complete with drain pan, 3-Speed motor, thermostat temperature control system, cordless remote, washable pre-filter, electrical terminal box and high temperature resistance flexible piping of required length on site on the supply and return side of FCU. The units shall be complete with all the accessories.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'B' class medium duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick off-white coloured UV panels to fully conceal the exposed supply and return pipelines serving the Fan Coil Units (FCUs). This involves first constructing and installing a rigid wooden or plywood framework mounted to the wall around the lines, followed by the precise cutting and secure fitting of the UV panels onto this structure to form a three-sided enclosure that ensures no piping or fittings remain visible, with the cost being all-inclusive of both materials and labour.

Providing and fitting of Cubical Water Storage Tank of capacity 100 Litres preferably of white/off-white colour with proper lid. The tank must have been manufactured through rotational moulding process.
