Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS : 1180 of capacity 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, Transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo ampr HT 11 KV 10 KA, suitable for 11000 volts station class complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32×6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and ( 50 mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of GI strip) to the extent of 7.50 meters as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt, viz transformer, L.T panel etc. including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S angle iron frame, CI Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, complete including excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level and filled with alternate layers of charcoal and salt with 15 cm thick layer, connected to galvanised wire earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron , 20mm bore GI pipe (Med Grade) for watering, 15 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earth lead, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, Earth pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 and precast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands and suitable size of aluminium lugs including taking down old cable and cable covers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth work, concrete cable covers, sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes with necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers including taking out old cable and cable covers complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth work, concrete cable covers, sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes with necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers, including taking down old unserviceable PILCA/XLPE cable and cable cover etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth work, concrete cable covers, sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation , poles struts , laying of cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Factory made unreinforced Precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat, Size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made unreinforced Precast concrete cable covers class HV type 1, flat, Size 300x180x40mm laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

GI tube light grade, 80mm bore as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 100 mm thick as in platform including use and waste of necessary form work, finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Danger notice plate of 16 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size duly written in Punjabi, English & Hindi languages complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc of size 25 x 3mm aluminium strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor / indoor termination heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 Core XLPE armoured / PVC aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
